I am exceptionally happy with the service I received from Platinum Gold & Jewelry. I purchased a 7-1/2” length 2.85 carat diamond tennis bracelet from Charles. Since this is not a common size, I was having trouble locating the bracelet at the local jewelry stores. Charles custom made my bracelet and advised me on the color and clarity of the stones. He communicated with me on a regular basis which made me feel comfortable with my buying decision especially since I live in another state. Once my bracelet was created, it was shipped over night. Charles created a beautiful diamond bracelet with a lot of sparkle. I will definitely purchase more jewelry from him.
